Can I also reach you by phone?
Of course you can reach us by phone! You can do so on 040 283 6441 on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00. Do you have an extensive question? Then it is best to ask it via the contact form on the site or via e-mail. We will reply by e-mail within a few hours on the same working day.
Can I also save items?
You can save your favorite items to your wish list. Click on the heart icon to add them to your wish list. Finally, do you want to view the entire wishlist? Then click on the heart icon at the top right of the menu bar.
How do I find out what size to order?
First of all, use our handy size charts! These are displayed with every product. If you still have doubts about the fit or the model? Feel free to call us for personal advice.
Can I also exchange an item?
But of course! Is the item too big or too small? Exchanging an item is always possible. Just check if your desired size is in stock or contact us.
When will the purchase price of my return be refunded?
Once the return is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 1 to 2 business days.
What items may I not return?
Due to hygiene reasons, tights and earrings may not be returned.
Can I also return sale?
Yes, definitely. At Cuypers Mode we make no distinction in this regard. Sale items may also be returned. Shipping costs in this case are for your own account.
How can I return ordered items?
We have a return period of 14 days. You can return your order in 2 different ways: - Drop off at a PostNL service point or other shipping party of your choice. - Delivery to our store in Nuenen. Here you can find more information about the return process.
Where can I find my saved points?
Accumulation of loyalty points can be found in your personal account. Do you make a purchase in our physical store? Then you can also find your saved points on the receipt.
How does the 5% loyalty bonus work?
Once you create a personal account, you automatically participate in the Cuypers loyalty points system. You save 5% loyalty bonus on all your purchases (except sale items) in the store and on our web shop.
When will my order be shipped?
If you order before 4 p.m. on a business day, your order will be shipped the same day! If you order after 4 p.m., on weekends or holidays, your order will be shipped the next business day.
