Returns at Cuypers Mode

Of course, we hope you are happy with your purchase. Still something not quite to your liking? No problem. You can easily return your order.

Important to know before returning:

• You have up to 14 days after receipt to register your return online.

• After notification, we would like to receive your return within 14 days. Please allow for possible shipping time.

• Return your item undamaged, clean, unwashed, with original price tag, labels and packaging (if applicable).

• Tights and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene.

• Exchange for another size? You can! Or opt for a refund of the purchase price.

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

• Complaint or defect? Please contact us. We will resolve it quickly and, of course, refund the return costs.

This is how you easily register your return:

1. Click on the link below

2. Enter your email address or zip code and the corresponding order number

3. Please indicate which items you would like to return and why

4. Choose how you want the package shipped. Will you go with DPD or DHL? Then you won't need a printer. Do you choose PostNL? Then you need to print the return label. Also, PostNL is only possible for a letterbox package.

5. Once your return package reaches us we will process it within 5-10 business days.
